Massachusetts requires completion of an approved 40-hour course to be eligible to take the real estate salesperson or broker exam. We are fully approved by the Board of Registration to offer the classes in the following formats.

Broker’s Online License Course
Pre-requisite: You must have three current years working full time as a real estate salesperson in Massachusetts prior to applying to take the broker license exam.
What will be covered:
The 40 hour Massachusetts approved curriculum required for Broker Licensing. 20 Hours are completed watching video and completing test prep quiz questions and the other 20 hours are presented via live instructor led webinars on the dates and times listed below.
How to prepare:
Upon registration you will get immediate access to all of the self-directed videos and quizzes. We suggest that the self-directed online activities be completed before each live instructor led session, but it is not a requirement of the course. You have 180 days from the date of registration to complete that portion of the course. Once complete, you have another 180 to review while you prepare for the exam.
Who Should Attend:
Salespersons with three years experience working in real estate who want to get their Broker’s License.
Class Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Tuition includes all online classes, live lecture classes and access to videos for six months from the registration date. The manual and all materials will be provided online.
If you need to cancel a class registration, full refunds will only be issued for the Salesperson Class with at least 72 hours’ notice before the class start date and 14 days’ notice before the Broker Class start date. For cancellations after the cutoff date and before the class start date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tuition will apply. There are no refunds once a class has commenced and for the Online and Classroom Series, there are no refunds once the material has been accessed.
