Massachusetts requires completion of an approved 40-hour course to be eligible to take the real estate salesperson or broker exam. We are fully approved by the Board of Registration to offer the classes in the following formats.

Combine the real time interaction with an instructor in scheduled webinar sessions and self-directed online sessions that include video and guided assignments. All materials provided online.
Weekend Warrior:
Learn in a traditional classroom environment and work together with your instructor and others who are preparing for the license exam.
Combine the traditional classroom format with self-paced sessions that include video and over 500 practice exam questions.

Salesperson Weekend Warrior Series: Ethics & Mass Law – Day 3 of 4

Salesperson pre license class covering:  Ethics & Mass Law.

Class Time: 9:00am – 7:00pm

This is one of four classes that must be completed in the course:

• Ethics & Mass Law
• Contracts & Brokerage
• Appraisal & Finance
• Property Rights & Encumbrances

$350 Tuition includes all four days of classes, a practice exam and your manual that you will receive on the first day of class.

Prior real estate knowledge is not required to participate in the course.

Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel a class registration, full refunds will only be issued for the Salesperson Class with at least 72 hours’ notice before the class start date and 14 days’ notice before the Broker Class start date. For cancellations after the cutoff date and before the class start date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tuition will apply. There are no refunds once a class has commenced and for the Online and Classroom/Blended Series, there are no refunds once the material has been accessed.
