$350This course consists of 20 hours of class in a traditional classroom and 20 hours of online self-directed activities that include videos and practice exams. The classroom sessions will be conducted over two Saturdays held one week apart. We suggest that ten hours of self-paced, online activities should be completed before attending each of the live lecture classes, but it is not a course requirement.
You have 180 days from your registration date to complete the 20 hours of self-directed activities. The instructor led classes must be completed according to the class schedule. Please call us before registration if you need a modified schedule.

Details:
$350 Tuition includes all online classes, live lecture classes and access to videos for six months from the registration date. The manual and all materials will be provided online.
A 567 page digital manual, chapter videos and over 1000 test prep quiz questions are included within the self- directed material.
You have 180 days to complete the self-directed portion of your classes and will have an additional 6 months access to review the videos and test prep questions from your completion date. All instructor led classes must be completed according to the course schedule.
Prior real estate knowledge is not required to participate in the course.

If you need to cancel a class registration, full refunds will only be issued for the Salesperson Class with at least 72 hours’ notice before the class start date and 14 days’ notice before the Broker Class start date. For cancellations after the cutoff date and before the class start date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tuition will apply. There are no refunds once a class has commenced and for the Online and Classroom Series, there are no refunds once the material has been accessed.
