Salesperson Online Morning Series: Property Rights & Ownership – Day 1 of 5

$350This 40 hour course consists of two parts.
- 20 hours of online self-directed activities that includes videos and practice exams. You can watch these videos online anywhere you have an internet connection. Accessible 24/7!
- 20 hours of instructor-led online classes where you can interact with the instructor via a webinar. The instructor-led sessions will be held over 5 days. We suggest that the self-directed online activities be completed before each live instructor led session, but it is not a requirement of the course.
You have 180 days from your registration date to complete the 20 hours of self-directed activities. The instructor led classes must be completed according to the class schedule. You must attend all five webinars in full and complete all elements in the self directed portion of your course to earn your certificate.

You can mix and match the days that you choose between that dates listed here. You are required to attend the full four hours on each of the five topics. You have access to the full sixty hours of live online classes in this course.

Tuition includes all online self- directed material and instructor led live lecture classes that are scheduled as part of your package, a 600 page digital manual, chapter videos and test prep quiz questions are included within the self- directed material.

Prior real estate knowledge is not required to participate in the course.
If you need to cancel a class registration, full refunds will only be issued for the Salesperson Class with at least 72 hours’ notice before the class start date and 14 days’ notice before the Broker Class start date. For cancellations after the cutoff date and before the class start date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tuition will apply. There are no refunds once a class has commenced and for the Online and Classroom Series, there are no refunds once the material has been accessed.
